For years, energy drinks have been ubiquitous with sport, leading many athletes to believe that the more they drink, the more energy they will have. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. In this course, you will also gain an awareness of the complexities surrounding energy drinks, learn the differences between energy drinks and sports drinks, and become equipped with strategies to best educate and guide your athletes to improving their performances naturally, while encouraging healthy nutrition choices.
